The Jelly Mould Pavilion project is featured in the Folkestone Triennial. The artist has collected ceramic jelly moulds for many years, adding her own painted pattern decorations and in 2010, 30 of these were featured in an exhibition that played tribute to the Black community, recalling the slave and sugar plantations. One of these has now been realised as a full scale pavilion in Folkestone, looking out to sea on the former ‘Rotunda’ site on the beach.
